This group session is geared for High School and Middle School athletes looking to build the following: IQ Reading the defense Scoring off the dribble Shooting on the move Footwork Defense Mental Toughness & Confidence

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice must be given to cancel your training appointment, or your package will be charged a session. Rescheduled appointments with less than 24-hour notice must be rescheduled for the same day to save that session. If you cancel within 24 hours or cannot reschedule the same day, and I can get another client to fill your time slot, your package will not be charged. This policy not only gives you an incentive not to miss your session but also protects the trainer, as the trainer must pay the facility for "no-shows" Thank you in advance for your compliance.
